sensitive nature of the files or documents which may well be stored on site
and it is for this reason we have chosen to invest wisely to ensure their
security.
The premises are linked via a digital communicator to the police and fire
services at all times.
State of the art motion and smoke detectors monitor the archive environment
every second of every day.
The building has no windows and all pedestrian entrances are protected with
remote operated security shutters
All access points in the building have alarm contacts.
Closed circuit television, assisted by security lighting monitors the inside
and outside of the building for personnel or vehicle activity.
Unlike many storage companies we do not allow open access to the public and
personnel restrictions apply at all times. Whilst we encourage visits to
the archive site, we insist that they are by appointment only.
The property is monitored regularly by Ecolab pest control specialists.
